The return/refund request will be evaluated by AlodermaPH upon the customer's submission. Buyers and seller must communicate and come to an agreement about the return.
When AlodermaPH accepts the return request, the buyer should return the item for a quality check before a refund can be processed.
Please note that, Buyer must ship the Item to 1849 Unit 1-A Lady of Fatima Bldg, Asuncion St. cor Pililia St. Santiago Village, Makati within five (5) calendar days after the return request is raised.
The approval of your request for refund and return will be made by AlodermaPH in its sole discretion. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that AlodermaPH’s decision is final, conclusive and binding, and covenants and agrees that it will not bring suit or otherwise assert any claim against AlodermaPH or its affiliates in relation to such decision.

When selecting a return reason, it's important to select the correct return reason and add additional details in the Online Return Form for a faster and more accurate evaluation of the request.

Returns may be rejected when the request is non-compliant with the policy. Please take note that the following are invalid refund/return reasons:
Change of Mind: The buyer suddenly decides they don't want/need the item received.
Disappointment with the item: The buyer failed to read the product page and is disappointed with the item received.
